Zupanc works as an independent designer who is constantly involved in fresh projects that grow out of distinctive interpretations of modern culture, contemporary design and available technological options. Her products are part of the range of distinguished design companies such as Moooi,  Sé,  Moroso and Nodus and she works with prestigious clients on a specially assigned projects as was her installation Room of one’s own for Dior. Her praised limited edition collections and installations are exhibited around the world, sometimes as part of high-end collaborations like the one with Rossana Orlandi. Along the way, Zupanc continuously produces objects under her own brand Nika Zupanc and is involved in various interior projects.

SUNSET MIRROR

The round 50-inch mirror surface is sunk into the graphic embrace of two palm fronds. The Sunset mirror is a wall-mounted declaration of the true summer paradise scenario that lingers just below the surface of the present moment.

FLAMINGO LAMP

The vibrant stream of light coursing from this adjustable self-standing steel flamingo is all about brightening up even the coldest of corners. Misjudgements, misguidance and mishits, they all disappear under the melting embrace of light. Like on the burning sun, where we never cry. 

MIAMI TABLE

FLORIDA / GLAM / V.I.P. BOWL

This sublime cast brass mass is all wrapped up, giving rise to an exquisite fruit bowl. Something akin to the treasure found at the end of a rewarding peregrination. This flamboyant crucible embodies a bit of wit and whimsy, reminiscent of the days when serving was still a big deal and servants should have been covered in kisses. Politics contained, this glam bowl is suitable only for strictly V.I.P. content.
